Information collected from you when you inquire or subscribe to fospoa.org is never sold, or used in any way other than distribution of notices and announcements from our Association. Your information is collected and maintained by this site, not a third party service. FOSPOA is opposed to SPAM, and will not send you unnecessary or frivolous emails.  You will only receive messages from your HOA when the Board of Directors, Officers or HOA Committees feel there is an an announcement or issue that needs your attention as a Five Oaks Mobile Home Subdivision homeowner.

Messages sent through this system to all homeowners do not display your email address; it is not viewable by other recipients.  Emails sent to you as an individual will have your address in the 'To' address field.

SURVEYS AND OTHER ONLINE FORMS: The information provided in your survey or online form is sent via encoded email to a designated board member.  This information is handled the same way as the Mailing List information
